Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on Thursday (06) that if the EU sends troops to Ukraine, it will be regarded as a declaration of war. The threat came on the same day that leaders of the continent announced a plan to finance the bloc’s rearmament.
Around 20 countries have reportedly shown interest in joining the coalition proposed by the British Prime Minister. Keir Starmer said that Europe will offer security guarantees to Ukraine after the war. These decisions, though, would need the support of the United States of America (USA). The talks would have to include Russia, but Russia can’t dictate the rules.
