China rose from a ‘century of humiliation’ to become an economic powerhouse and political titan in a few short decades. But can it really surpass the United States as the world’s top superpower?

In this episode of Future Headlines, Host and Foreign Affairs Correspondent David Averre is joined by Lecturer in International Development at King’s College London and China expert Sean Kenji-Starrs to put that very question to the test.

Future Headlines is a talk show from Daily Mail World where world-class experts stress test the biggest predictions in global affairs against real-world evidence.

Tell us in the comments: which headlines do you think will come true? And what global stories should we tackle next?
