“You might want to head over to China, where you can sign yourself up for a fat camp,” Ms Leach said.
“These have exploded in popularity as obesity rates have increased.
“One young influencer, online content creator, even took to social media to show what life is like, a day in the life in a China ‘fat prison’.”
