Colombia’s military is building its presence along the border with Venezuela.
The military is on high alert following a suggestion from US President Donald Trump that his Colombian counterpart could be the next to go, as he accused him of supporting drug traffickers.
The region is preparing for what is to come after Venezuela’s President Nicolas Maduro was captured over the weekend by the US military.
Colombian officials are bracing for a potential humanitarian crisis amid uncertainty.
