ANU Astrophysicist and Cosmologist Doctor Brad Tucker joined Sky News Australia to analyse the comet coming to a close approach to Earth at 270 million kilometres away.
“This is only the third time we’ve ever had an object like this … lots of attention has been paid to this object,” Mr Tucker said.
“Gathering as much data to study how are comets formed.”
