Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

US President Donald Trump says he is “saddened” by US Republican Representative Doug LaMalfa’s passing, and made a speech “in his honour because he would’ve wanted it that way”.
“I want to express our tremendous sorrow at the loss of a great member … Congressman Doug LaMalfa, who passed away yesterday,” President Trump said.
“He was a defender of everybody, and our hearts go out to his wife Jill and his entire family.
“He was with us right from the beginning.
“He was a fantastic person.”
