Former Arizona Cardinals kicker Jay Feely is changing course in his run for Congress, jumping from the East Valley race into Arizona’s 1st Congressional District in Scottsdale. The move comes after President Donald Trump endorsed former Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb last month. Feely adds more drama to the district that opened up when Rep.
