KISS frontman Gene Simmons is taking his fight for musicians’ rights to Capitol Hill, where he is testifying before the Senate in support of the American Music Fairness Act.
The bipartisan legislation would require AM and FM radio stations to pay royalties to recording artists when their music is played. Supporters of the bill argue that it is necessary to protect the property rights of musicians.
