Nationals Leader David Littleproud claims Antony Albanese’s focus on guns is a “political distraction” amid continuing calls for a federal royal commission.
“We don’t have a gun problem in this country, we have an Islamic extremist problem,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News Australia.
“That’s why we need a royal commission, that’s the honesty of leadership we need from a prime minister, not cheap political stunts.”
