A woman has been shot dead by ICE officers in Minnesota.
The agency claims it was conducting targeted operations in Minneapolis when rioters started blocking officers.
One protester reportedly weaponised her vehicle and attempted to run over law enforcement officers.
Authorities described the shooting as an act of self-defence.
