India’s capital city New Delhi and neighbouring regions are now implementing stringent anti-pollution measures. This is as levels increase well over the 450 mark. The acceptable benchmark, according to the World Health Organization, is below 50. The measures come after weeks of criticism from residents, with many saying Delhi’s air quality has never been this bad for this long. CNA’s Neha Poonia files this report from Delhi.
