Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

Large clouds of smoke were seen rising in Lebanon following Israeli airstrikes overnight.
The Israeli military says it began striking what it described as Hezbollah and Hamas targets in Lebanon following evacuation orders for villages in the country’s south and east.
This is despite the two countries agreeing to a US-brokered ceasefire in 2024, ending more than a year of fighting between Israel and Hezbollah, but both sides have since accused the other of violating the agreement.
