‘Jon and Kate Plus 8’ alum Kate Gosselin revealed she was cleared to begin walking again after suffering a “life-altering” leg injury in September. The reality star—who shares twins Mady and Cara, 24, as well as sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Collin and Joel, 21, with ex-husband Jon Gosselin—said her puppy ran “full-speed ahead,” resulting in a tibial plateau fracture.
