A homebuilder is bringing his favorite childhood movie into reality, having spent $7 million to build a replica of that iconic house from the movie ‘Home Alone.’
"I remember watching it and a lot of us connected with that kid because it was like, dude, what would that be like and be on our own," said Nathan Shaffer.
The house is located in St. George, and it features six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. Architect Josh Warner said the exterior is nearly identical, but the interior is modeled 60% to 70% off the real home in Chicago. Reporter Chris Reed has more.
