NSW Premier Chris Minns is proposing significant gun law reforms in response to the Bondi terror attack.

This includes potentially removing recreational hunting as a reason for firearm ownership and categorising certain firearms differently.

The proposal aims to limit magazine capacities, eliminate certain appeal mechanisms for license withdrawals, and will coincide with new protest restrictions set to be addressed in Parliament.
