Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have officially finalized their divorce. According to court documents obtained by E! News, the ‘Babygirl’ actress and the country music star, who split in September after nearly 2 decades together, agreed to waive all rights to child and spousal support. Each will retain their own assets and cover their own legal fees. The former couple also settled on a parenting plan for their two daughters, 17-year-old Sunday Rose and 15-year-old Faith Margaret. Under the agreement, Keith will spend time with the girls 59 days a year, or every other weekend, while Nicole will have primary custody. Nicole filed for divorce in September citing irreconcilable differences. E! News previously learned the pair had been living apart since early summer. Before her marriage to Keith, Nicole was married to Tom Cruise, with whom she adopted two children before their divorce in 2001.
