Patrick Mahomes spoke out after he suffered a season-ending ACL injury as the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Los Angeles Chargers on Dec. 14. On X, the quarterback—who shares kids Sterling, 4, Bronze, 3, and Golden, 11 months, with Brittany Mahomes—wrote “Don’t know why this had to happen. And not going to lie, it hurts. But all we can do now is Trust in God… I will be back stronger than ever.” The injury happened in the final two minutes of the game while being rushed by Chargers defensive end Da’Shawn Hand.
