A Phoenix couple says their dream cruise turned into a nightmare after Jose Martinez — an American citizen and U.S. Coast Guard veteran — was detained on a Carnival cruise ship by immigration agents. Martinez says agents entered their stateroom before sunrise, handcuffed him, and escorted him off the ship to a holding cell at the Port of Miami.
