In a major address, President Donald Trump announced the capture of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro and his wife, confirming they are currently on a ship heading to New York to face the ‘full might of American justice.’ Trump revealed that major US oil companies will immediately enter Venezuela to ‘fix the badly broken infrastructure’ and generate revenue for the country. He warned that the US is prepared for a ‘second and much larger attack’ if necessary, though he noted the initial operation was highly successful. The President also highlighted domestic achievements, citing significant crime reductions in Washington, D.C., Memphis, and New Orleans due to National Guard interventions. He contrasted these successes with past challenges in cities like Los Angeles and Chicago, emphasizing his administration’s commitment to restoring safety across the nation.
