Putin calls European politicians ‘young pigs’ who want to bring Russia down
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a strong warning regarding the ongoing war in Ukraine, stating that Russia is prepared to seize more Ukrainian territory by force if peace negotiations do not move forward. Speaking on Wednesday during Russia’s annual defence ministry meeting, Putin accused Kyiv and European leaders of refusing to seriously engage with U.S.-backed peace proposals. In a sharp and controversial remark, he referred to European politicians as “young pigs,” suggesting they were following policies aimed at weakening Russia.
