More details have come to light about the murders of Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner. The ‘When Harry Met Sally’ director and his wife’s daughter Romy Reiner was first on the scene after the tragedy at their Brentwood, California, home Dec. 14, according to the LA Times, citing family friends. Meanwhile, the New York Times, citing a person close to the Reiner family, reported that Romy—who lived nearby—came to the house with her roommate after her parents’ massage therapist didn’t get an answer at the door ahead of their at-home appointment. When she entered, the person alleged that the 27-year-old found Rob’s body before running outside, where her roommate called 911. Romy didn’t see Michele’s body, according to the source, and was told about her death by a paramedic. E! News has reached out to reps for the Reiner family for comment, but hasn’t yet heard back.
