New surveillance video has emerged, showing Nick Reiner in the moments before his arrest on suspicion of murdering his parents Rob Reiner and Michele Reiner. The newly released footage captures the 32-year-old at a Los Angeles gas station convenience store on the evening of Dec. 14, just hours after the tragic deaths of the famed Hollywood director and photographer. After purchasing a Gatorade at ARCO, Nick was arrested on the street around 9:15 p.m. Nick made his first court appearance on Dec. 17, one day after the Los Angeles County District Attorney announced he had been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, with a special circumstance of multiple murders. Reiner has not yet entered a plea and is being represented by defense attorney Alan Jackson. He is currently being held without bail, and his arraignment is scheduled for January 7.
