Surf Life Saving NSW Public Safety General Manager Brent Manieri discusses the tragic 48 hours which have claimed multiple lives due to drownings.
“Since Christmas, our lifesavers and lifeguards have undertaken over 100 rescues,” Mr Manieri told Sky News Australia.
“People need to understand what their skill level is in the water.
“We’re really pleading with the community to work with us.”
