Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

President Donald Trump has issued a stark warning to Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro as the United States ramps up its pressure campaign on Caracas.
Speaking alongside his top national security team, Mr Trump said the US has assembled the “biggest armada” it has ever deployed in South America, warning that if Mr Maduro “plays tough” it would be the last time.
The warning comes as the US Coast Guard and Navy step up operations in the Caribbean, pursuing and seizing sanctioned oil tankers linked to Venezuela’s so-called shadow fleet.
Mr Trump said the crackdown is aimed at stopping illegal drug flows, enforcing sanctions and pressuring the Maduro regime, as Washington demands the return of assets seized from US oil companies.
