Donald Trump has criticised European leaders as weak and questioned their efforts to end the war in Ukraine, while pressuring President Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to a peace deal that may involve giving up territory to Russia. Trump claims Moscow has the upper hand in the conflict and accuses European countries of talking without delivering results. Zelensky has responded on social media, stating that Ukraine and Europe’s input into peace negotiations is now more developed and ready for Washington.
