US President Donald Trump announced an executive order to lower prescription drug prices for Americans, insisting that other countries, including the UK’s NHS, must pay their fair share.
“I signed an executive order instructing my administration to do everything in its power to slash prescription drug prices in America while getting other countries to pay more,” Mr Trump said.
“If they don’t, we’re going to put Tariffs on them.”
