US Customs and Border Protection has announced it has collected more than $200 billion in tariff revenue since President Trump took office.

The agency is crediting the slew of executive orders cracking down on tariff-evasion schemes.

Trump’s tariffs are expected to counter about two-thirds of the primary deficit impact of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act over the next five years.

Last week, Trump took to the road in Pennsylvania to spruik his economic wins, such as tax cuts and cheaper gas prices.

The president told supporters that inflation was no longer a problem and that Democrats had used the term ‘affordability’ as a "hoax."
