Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski states the Russian President Vladimir Putin’s strike narrative is a complete fabrication meant to rationalise further assaults on Ukraine.
“Russia is at it again, using dangerous statements to undermine all achievements of our shared diplomatic efforts,” Mr Zelenski said.
“This alleged residence strike story is a complete fabrication intended to justify additional attacks against Ukraine.
“Typical Russian lies.”
