Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

The US has unleashed a “massive strike” against the Islamic State group in Syria in retaliation for the attack which killed three Americans.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said Operation Hawkeye Strike was designed to eliminate “fighters, infrastructure, and weapons sites”.
American forces carried out air and ground attacks on multiple targets in central Syria.
This comes after two US soldiers and a US civilian interpreter were killed during an ambush in Palmyra on December 13 by a suspected Islamic State member.
