Residents of Venezuela’s capital are lining up outside supermarkets to purchase essential supplies during the uncertain times created by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s arrest.

Despite current concerns, there is currently no scarcity, and police are patrolling the streets in an attempt to create order and allow all individuals access to essentials.

Residents say they are concerned about what could happen in the coming days, and they are bracing for new developments.
