Israeli attacks leave at least 20 dead in Gaza

Venezuelan Vice President Delcy Rodríguez launched a national defense council with all of the current members of the country’s cabinet after Nicolás Maduro’s capture on Saturday.
Although Rodriguez denounced the Trump administration’s "kidnapping" of Maduro saying Venezuela will never be a colony of any nation, Rodríguez signaled an openness to dialogue with the United States.
