New South Wales Premier Chris Minns discusses the opening of the Bondi hub, which will provide emergency care and counselling to all those affected by the recent terrorist attack.
“The security for our community is the most important responsibility of any government,” Mr Minns said.
“And the truth of the matter is that we failed in that on December 14, and I’m not going to make the same mistake twice.”
