New South Wales Independent MP Philip Donato says the gun law reforms were “rushed” as the government turned its focus onto “law-abiding firearm owners”.
“The way it was bundled up in a cognate bill with terrorist laws was also a bit of a slap in the face,” Mr Sadler told Sky News Australia.
“We’re not terrorists in waiting.”
