Young Caracas TikTok user reacts to U.S. strikes

U.S. strikes on Venezuela’s capital jolted many residents waking up in the early hours. CGTN spoke with young content creator Yoelvin Peña in Caracas who was live on TikTok when explosions rang out, and managed to capture the moment in real time. Here is his account.
