Trump faces questions on use of military force in US and abroad

President Donald Trump says he'll go after crime across American cities and against the drug trade offshore but his use of military force both in the United States and abroad are sparking controversy over the extent of his authority. It comes as he defends a new deadly strike on a second boat off the coast of Venezuela that he says was running drugs. NBC’s Kelly O’Donnell reports for TODAY.
