New trial data for the weight loss drug called retatrutide shows it helped people living with obesity and type 2 diabetes lose up to 50lbs or 21% of their body weight. Those without diabetes lost up to 70lbs, 25% of body weight, making it the most weight loss ever recorded in a drug trial for diabetes patients.
