On August 12, 2022, the American manager BlackRock, as investment manager, acquired 5% of the total stocks, equivalent to 36,161,069 preferred stocks issued by Metallurgical Gerdau (GOAU4).

The purpose of the aforementioned equity interests is strictly investment.
