On August 12, 2022, the American manager BlackRock, as investment manager, acquired 5% of the total stocks, equivalent to 36,161,069 preferred stocks issued by Metallurgical Gerdau (GOAU4).
The purpose of the aforementioned equity interests is strictly investment.
Not aiming to change the shareholding control or administrative structure of Metallurgical Gerdau.
