Men’s Open bodybuilder Derek Lunsford is intensifying his diet and training to compete in the Mr. Olympia, the biggest event of the year just five weeks away.

Derek Lunsford entered the 2025 season with big plans and has achieved them so far. He won his first Pittsburgh Pro Men’s Open title following his victory in Columbus during the Arnold Classic.

Now, he has his sights set on the Mr. Olympia. If he wins the Mr. Olympia, Derek Lunsford will be the second bodybuilder to lose a title and regain it-joining Jay Cutler.
