Japanika is a chain of Asian restaurants operating in Israel since 2004 and currently has 29 branches throughout the country.
The menu focuses on Asian food and Japanese cuisine in particular and consists mainly of fish, vegetables and rice.
The menu is based on sushi dishes, including combinations, and its flagship roll, the “Japanika Japanko Futomaki”, served in a crispy coating and teriyaki sauce.
Japanika’s sauces are based on Japanese and Asian flavors.
