President Donald Trump is set to speak Wednesday in Switzerland at the World Economic Forum.
His remarks come as tensions with European leaders have been rising over Greenland, the assembly of his Gaza peace board, and his threat of tariffs. Many high-profile European leaders will also be attending the forum.
Nearly 3,000 high-level participants from business and government converge in the Swiss town of Davos for the World Economic Forum’s annual meeting. Activists, journalists and outside observers also attend.
The conference’s sessions dive into issues as diverse as economic disparity, climate change, technology, and global cooperation — as well as competition and conflict.
