100+ measles cases confirmed in 9 states, per CDC | FOX 10 Phoenix

Officials with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say at least 171 measles cases have been confirmed in nine states. Now, public health officials are renewing their push for more people to get vaccinated against the contagious disease.

"Best way to protect your self against measles is to be immunized," said Nick Staab with the Maricopa County Department of Public Health. "Most of us were vaccinated as children, but we encourage folks to check their records and make sure their up to date."
