2 Arizona DPS members killed in Flagstaff helicopter crash | FOX 10 Phoenix

A Department of Public Safety pilot and a trooper-paramedic were killed Wednesday night when their helicopter crashed during a tactical response to a shooting in Flagstaff.
The crew was assisting police with an active shooter who was firing a rifle from rooftops before being shot and taken into custody.
While no officers or civilians on the ground were injured, state and federal authorities are now investigating the cause of the fatal crash. DPS officials are scheduled to provide further updates during a press conference Friday at 10 a.m. FOX 10’s Brian Webb has the details.
