2026 solar eclipse seen from plane flying over Spain ignites applause from passengers

Passengers onboard a flight that took off and landed in Madrid got a front-row seat to the total solar eclipse from the their plane as it flew over Spain during solar eclipse. The 2026 celestial event was the first to reach totality cast darkness over Europe since 1999.
