Former High Court justice Virginia Bell has been suggested to head a potential Bondi Royal Commission.
Until now, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has resisted calls for a Commonwealth Royal Commission,
The calls have come from business leaders, sporting figures, Jewish leaders, and the families of the victims.
