The Social and Family Development Ministry has made changes to the National Council of Social Service Act, to provide better support and outcomes for those in need. These include better use of data and technology to boost capabilities and impact. The amendments, passed in Parliament, will also streamline membership and strengthen Council governance. Sherlyn Seah reports.
