Analyst calls for China-Global South alliance as U.S. shifts policy

Recent events such as the U.S. military intervention and oil sector overhaul in Venezuela, as well as its military threats involving Greenland and Iran, suggest the United States is adopting a new approach to foreign affairs.
Analyst Harvey Dzodin, a senior fellow at the Center for China and Globalization in Vienna, says the world would benefit from a new alliance between China, the Global South and other powers.
