Anthony Albanese arrives in Jakarta to sign security treaty

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has arrived in Jakarta, Indonesia, for the formal signing of a new security arrangement.
Today, Australia and Indonesia will sign a common security treaty, which allows for consultation between the two nations if either faces a security threat.
Australia engineered this treaty and led its design process.
