Former foreign minister Alexander Downer explains Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s visit to Timor-Leste and the country’s administrative history.
“The prime minister’s visit there is very timely … entirely appropriate,” Mr Downer told Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“It’s not a country that has been very well run.”
