Ariana Grande made a rare comment about her late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller, whom she said told her to “do the brave thing” as she transitioned from television to music. Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter’s ‘Awards Chatter’ podcast Jan. 13, ‘The Way’ singer said, “I’ve never talked about this, but actually Malcolm, whom you might know as Mac, encouraged me to be myself.
